·        The BAYSVILLE HOME and/or GARDEN TOUR is a self-guided tour of nine locations in the Baysville area on Saturday, August 21st from 11 until 4.

·        Included are three homes that date from the 1880's, one home built around a log cabin, a working equestrian farm, an award-winning garden, a pioneer church with its unique labyrinth and some local lakeside cottages. 

·        Get a true feeling of the wonderful life we enjoy in Muskoka by spending a leisurely day touring these lovely sites.   Each of the hosts is looking forward to welcoming you to their home, cottage or farm. 

·        This is a fund-raising event for the BETHUNE UNITED CHURCH building fund.  (In addition to:  the Bethune Bakery Booth at the Farmer's Market and sales of our new COOKBOOK:  BETHUNE IN BLOOM, Family Favourites with recipes from Prime Minister Stephen Harper, Norm Miller, Dalton McGuinty, Tony Clement, Moderator of the United Church, Lewis McKenzie, Mayor Janet Peake and from Bethune Memorial House in Gravenhurst.  (Norman Bethune was our founder's son.)

·        Tickets are available for $15 each at the Bethune Booth at the Farmers' Market in Baysville, the Baysville Walkabout, at Art in the Park, the Baysville Boat Show or just by calling Richard or Marlene Robinson at 705 767 3000.   If you are driving up to Baysville for the day, drop into Bethune United Church at 2 Dickie Street and you can buy your TOUR TICKET and map and head out for a fun day exploring some unique Muskoka properties.  You'll love our hospitality and our quaint village!
